New York State Police say Cameron Smith, 14, of Wappinger, has been located in good health after he was reported missing Saturday. A Putnam County pursuit crossed into Dutchess County through East Fishkill before deputies stopped the van with a Grappler, and new reporting added a hacked-account claim to the investigation of State Police Lt. Col. Jared Duffy.
